Q: Is there luxury clothing insurance?

A: Yes! Luxury insurance at NO additional cost is included with your Goldtux Membership. If you have any concerns regarding an item, you can login to your account at members.goldtux.com to file a claim under "Damaged Item Claim".

Q: Can I trust Goldtux with my clothes? 

A:  Yes! We uphold our strict 5-Star Quality Policy to ensure all requirements are adhered to. We are guided by the best practice on the manufacturer’s care label on each and every garment during the cleaning process. In case of a missing label, our Goldtux Experts have multiple years of experience to handle your items safely.

- ONLY the best, most natural elements are used. No harsh or toxic chemicals are used. Our co-founder is a cancer survivor and deeply believes that everyone should be concerned about the chemicals they're exposed to.

Our Service

Q: What are your Area of Operation?

A: We service Brickell, Miami, Aventura, Las Olas and Fort Lauderdale.

Q: What are the Hours of Operation?

A: Pickup & Delivery hours are 11AM - 4PM Monday-Saturday and are not currently available on Sundays. We are actively working on expanding our hours to better accommodate your schedule. We will let everyone know our new expanded hours once we are done with our Launching Phase. We sincerely appreciate your patience and support!

Q: Do I need to separate my colors or materials? 

A: No, it's effortless! Simply set up your Pickup & Delivery. We will handle all the sorting cataloging for you while you enjoy your time and freedom.

Q: Do you have a shop where I can drop the items off myself? 

A: Goldtux is a virtual location, meaning we do not have a physical storefront. Instead, we handle everything for you and offer FREE Pickup & Delivery within 24 hours. Not having a physical location allows us to service a greater area.

Q: What kind of items do you clean?

A: We clean all kinds of items. We are a "Done For You" solution for all your garment needs. We specialize in cleaning, stain treatments and maintenance for all types of materials and fabrics.

Q: Are you able to clean suede, leather and fur items?

A: We most certainly can. Our team of experts have years of experience in caring for suede, leather and fur items and we are one of the very few dry cleaners that still provide these very specialist services.

Q: Is there anything you are unable to clean?

A: There isn’t much. However, on some occasions, we may feel that due to age or condition, the fragility of an item would result in it being damaged during cleaning. In these rare instances, we will contact you and discuss options before proceeding. If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact our concierge team who will be happy to discuss further.

Q:Do you offer repairs and alterations?

A: Yes, repairs and alterations are included in your Goldtux membership. We have a team of expert seamstresses and tailors who can carry out highly specialized repairs and alterations. Please contact our concierge team to discuss your specific requirements.

Q: Do you include shoe cleaning, repair, polishing and leather maintenance?

A: Yes, this is included with your package. Simply set it and forget it! For more membership details, please visit goldtux.com/memberships.

Q: Are items from the living room and bathroom included in the Gold Package?

A: No. To take advantage of these benefits, sign up for our Diamond or Platinum Package. This includes every item that can be dry cleaned from all rooms in your home and applies the Gold Package perks to all members of your household. Q: How long will the maid clean with the Platinum Package?

A: Unlimited hours. Until you home is immaculate! For more membership details, please visit goldtux.com/memberships.

Q: Do you clean carpets, rugs and curtains?

A: Yes, we do. These items are included with the Diamond and Platinum Packages. Please contact our concierge team to discuss your specific requirements.

Q: Are you able to clean and repair handbags?

A: Yes we can. We offer a full handbag restoration service for all leather goods. This includes touching up color, repairing damage and cleaning interiors. We can also recolor your bag on request.

Q: What is your wedding dress preservation service?

A: Our wedding dress preservation service is used in order to preserve the life of your wedding dress for generations. Please contact our concierge team for more information.

Q: What if I am not satisfied with the result?

A: We inspect every garment thoroughly before returning it to you to ensure that they meet the standards of our strict 5-Star Quality Policy, and we will send a message to your Goldtux membership account regarding any concerns we may encounter. If further follow up is required after you receive your items, you can login to your account at members.goldtux.com where you can submit a photograph and description regarding your concerns so that our concierge team can contact you to discuss the best course of action.

It should be noted, however, that we cannot 100% guarantee the removal of any stains. Stain removal is often made easier if the stain is identified when you leave the garment with us, and our ability to remove it will depend on several factors such as the age of the stain, composition, previous attempts to clean, nature of the fabric and dye. It is important that you tell us if there are unusual stains and any information which could help us remove them as we can treat them before cleaning your garment.

Q: Do I need to recycle or reuse any hangers, plastic bags and other items of packaging?

A: Goldtux is here to revolutionize the eco-friendly dry cleaning industry methods. We provide special reusable bags in order to reduce waste and clutter in your home. We use as little materials as possible to safely deliver your items to you in ideal condition.

Pickup & Delivery

Q: How can I schedule or reschedule my pickups?

A: You can login with your username and password at members.goldtux.com under the section "Getting Started" to be guided step by step on how to set up your Pickup & Delivery schedule.

Q: Where can I find my username and password for the members area?

A: When you create an account, an email from Goldtux is sent to the provided email address with your login credentials. If you do not receive your email within 5 minutes, check your spam inbox.

Q: Do I have to schedule my pickups every week?

A: No. Once you set up your schedule, we will automatically schedule all the following weekly pickups for the same day of the week and time. You can login to your account at members.goldtux.com to make adjustments to your schedule.

Q: How long does it take to get my delivery?

A: Within 24 hours after the clothes are picked up for laundry and up to 7 business days for leather care, repairs and alterations. We will reach out to you via email if an item needs to be laundered longer than usual.

Rescheduling & Cancelations

Q: Can I cancel my Goldtux Account?

A: Yes, you can cancel at ANY point in time. Just go to members.goldtux.com under the section "Cancel Package" or reach out to support@goldtux.com

Q: How do I make a claim regarding a damaged item?
